The Firm undertakes the challenging of administrative bodies’ decisions (appealing) for annulment and claiming compensation; cases related to expropriation (eminent domain) and demanding compensation thereof; challenging decisions issued by committees formed pursuant to regulations and circulars; requesting the suspension of enforcement of administrative decisions; cases concerning civil and military job rights (functional rights); challenging decisions issued under the White Lands Fee System; and challenging the decisions of Health Affairs Committees.
